My hoop arrived today, and I am ecstatic. First off, measure your waist. I would have assumed I’d buy the bigger one, but after measuring, I ordered the small one. I took 2 links out for it to fit me properly.It was very easy to put together and take apart. The weighted part slides in before you clip it around your waist. The weight is also fully enclosed…there is no sand or rice to add like some of the others have advertised and the weight seems perfect. I grabbed the string and just swung it a little to get it going and them my body did the rest to keep it going. They may have been a few moments where I was trying to find the best stance and rhythm but it was easy and the weight slides so easy. String on the weight seems like the perfect length a d it comes with extra inner nodes (idk what you call them.. the little caps with nodules that go on the Inside). It does make noise, but I started music so I didn’t even notice if after a few minutes.Don’t be close to anything…I missjudged and sent a bottle if ibuprofen flying, scaring the cat. I also was concerned how this would feel, as I frequently have back pain, but I had no issues at all. As the weight moves around your waist, it feels kind of like massaging feeling. It’s pleasant, not painful. Music blasting kept me going, and I could see myself using this everyday. By the end I was sweaty and could feel muscles I used in my stomach once I tool it off and settled down.Would 100% purchase again.
