1. Delivery Address

Please note that deliveries cannot be made to security-restricted areas like military bases. Additionally, certain product listings may specify that they cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

In fact, based on our recent statistics, many customers receive their products well within our estimated delivery window of 8 to 14 days. While we strive for swift service, it’s important to note that unforeseen events or carrier-related delays can occasionally affect the actual arrival date.

Operating from multiple warehouses allows us to efficiently dispatch your products. While we typically achieve deliveries within 8 to 14 days, we extend our estimate to 21 days to account for any unexpected circumstances, such as customs duties during shipment. This approach safeguards your trust in us, assuring you of a safe and reliable delivery experience.

3.Orders Tracking

Upon placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with details. When your item is shipped, a Shipment Notification email containing your order number, express details, and tracking number will be sent. You can also track your order’s status through email updates. Any changes related to your order, refund processing, or shipping updates will be communicated to you promptly via email.

Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout or used for account registration is valid and actively monitored. We are not responsible for any risks or losses arising from an invalid or unused email address.

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation rather than rejecting the package. We will guide you through the return process in line with our return/refund policy. We do not assume liability for loss or damage resulting from package rejection.
